Roughrider Freeride Success !!

Well IT WAS AWESOME !! Great weather and lots of FUNN !! Our weekend started w/ a non working 4x4, ARGH.. Kinda sety me back.. Got that taken care of and the rest went fairly smooth.. We had 2 hurt backs and a bunch of scrapes n bruises... The mountaingods are happy.. We had about 30 riders from all over.. Chihuahua Mx., Juarez Mx., Albq. NM., Austin Tx., Las Cruces NM., Boulder Colo., Denver Colo., Artesia NM., Ruidoso NM., and a few Hell Paso locals..
The Balls, Legs n Lungs was RAD !! We had nine contestants to torture !! 1st =  Mighty Mo  w/ 31 min time.. 2nd = Dueling Dan Came in  4 min behind .. 3rd = Raging Rob Came in 3min after that !! Thank you all that came , saw , kicked some ass !! Next year same place same time..  
The after Party was GREAT !! The punk/ska band Brown Paper Bag(on myspace) rocked out  for a few of us.. They will be back next year.. It will be bigger n better next year.. New trails and new dreams

Hello to everyone that has helped make RoughRider Canyon what it is today! Thanks to everyone that comes out to get beat up year after year. We love the canyon and we also love sharing it. Our annual freeride fest is coming up real soon (feb 5, 6, and 7th) and we want to extend an invitation to everyone. Come to ride, watch, play, bathe or just drink beer. Come lose your inhibitions at Rough Rider Canyon! Of course remember to be carefull since you ride at your own risk.

We had Xmas at the canyon.. Just a bit more elbow grease and SHAZAM !! We have some RAD new stunts and trail.. This festival will be awesome !!

Fun in tha hills..

This is where the new and 2nd longest trail will be.. Lower right is the Smokin Cactus , gunsite section.. There is going to be some rad stuff going down in february.. Freeriding and party all weekend.. I also want to have a vote on new stunts to be built w/ a tractor.. So yall be thinking about a nice stunt you want to build and it might get built at Roughrider Canyon.. vote on saturday night.. peaceout yall..
